Tandoori Chicken Garam Masala
Tandoori Chicken Recipe – Serves 3
Ingredients required:
Diced chicken (on the bone) – 500g
Ginger garlic paste – 4 tsp
Curd - 3 tbsp. (around 60-70g)
Oil – 1 tbsp.
Lemon Juice – Juice of half a lemon
Instructions before cooking the recipe:
Ginger, Garlic – If you do not have the ginger garlic paste, take 2 inches of ginger and 15 cloves of garlic and grind these to form a fine paste.
Marinating the chicken:
Take 500g of chicken on the bone. Make small incisions on the chicken skin for the masala to penetrate the chicken. Mix this chicken with 3 tbsp. of curd, ginger garlic paste, juice of half a lemon and the entire contents of Meena Ki Fauj Tandoori Chicken packet.
Marinate the chicken for at least half an hour before cooking the recipe. For better results marinate the chicken overnight.
Recipe:
1. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a cooking pan. Add the marinated chicken. Cover the pan and cook (stirring occasionally) on a medium flame until the chicken is cooked through (around 10 minutes).
Instead of cooking in a pan, grill the marinated chicken on a medium heat, turning regularly until the chicken is cooked.
