Mutton Kheema Garam Masala
Kheema Masala Recipe – Serves 3
Ingredients required:
Mutton Kheema (minced mutton) – 500g
Onions – 2 medium (around 150g)
Green Chilli – 1
Tomatoes – 2 medium (around 150-200g)
Ginger – 2 inches (around 10g)
Garlic – 15-16 cloves (palki)
Curd -3 tbsp. (around 75g)
Oil – 4 tbsp.
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped for garnishing)
Instructions before cooking the recipe:
Marinating the kheema:
Marinate 500g of mutton kheema with 3 tbsp. of curd and the entire contents of Meena Ki Fauj Kheema Masala packet.
Marinate the kheema for at least half an hour before cooking the recipe.
Onions – chop them finely and keep aside.
Tomatoes, Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli – Put all these ingredients in a mixer and make a fine paste – keep it aside.
Recipe:
1. Heat 4 tbsp. of oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
2. Add the paste of tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilli from the mixer. Fry till oil separation is seen.
3. Add the marinated kheema and fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Empty the entire contents of the frying pan in a pressure cooker. Add 20-30ml. of water
5. Close the pressure cooker lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles and an additional 5 minutes on low flame.
6. Once the pressure cooker pressure is fully released, remove the lid and empty the cooked mutton kheema in a serving bowl.
7. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
