Preparing the green peas:
If using frozen green peas, wash thoroughly and soak them in warm water for at least 10 minutes before using in the recipe given below. Alternatively, steamed fresh green peas can also be used.
1. Saute 150g of green peas, 50g of curd and the entire contents of this packet in 10g of butter for around 1 minute.
2. Add 250ml of warm water. Cover the pan and cook until the green peas are cooked through.
3. Add 200g of paneer and cook until the paneer is cooked through and curry becomes thick.
