Biryani Curry Paste - This paste contains everything. You just need to add chicken/mutton, curd and rice
Biryani Curry Paste
In a pan, add 250g of chicken / mutton, 100g of curd, 50g of diced potatoes, 200ml of water (350ml if cooking mutton) and the entire contents of this packet. Cook until the chicken / mutton is cooked through and the curry becomes thick.
Spread the cooked basmati rice (rice recipe given below) on the cooked chicken / mutton in an even layer. Garnish with fried cashews, fried mint leaves, fried onions and 1 tbsp. pure ghee. Cover and cook on low heat until steam is seen escaping from under the lid (around 10 minutes)Rice Recipe:
Rice Recipe: Wash 250g of basmati rice. Add 650ml of water, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tbsp. of oil. Mix well and cook until the water evaporates.
